What the hell? As if she wasn't already a risky pick in Solo-Q already. Now you're going to nerf her with no compensation? Are you legit trying to force Assassins out of meta? Yeah they do a ton of burst damage. But that's what they're supposed to do. League of Marksmen. Right? Fuck you .

I can go with either a damage nerf or a cooldown. But not both. For a champion with an already weak early game, that's too cruel.
