What is the point of the centered skin splash arts

So the centered splash arts were for the new champion select, but what is the point of the centered skin splash arts? Are you going to implement the skin splash arts into the new champion select at a later date? It would be great if an official Red can respond to this :)

It would be cool if in the new blind pick there would be a circle in the middle like in draft, but you can select your skin there after you select your champion.
