1 - What does this have to do with Tencent or Riot?
2 - Why do you think game companies have complete control over every single user and what they say? People are going to break the rules, not the companies' fault.
3 - Why do you think your one, limited experience with 9 people is indicative of what the other millions of players are like? You had a bad game with asshole teammates. Not everyone is like that, and Riot isn't promoting this behavior especially considering they have a ruleset specifically against it.
So you want to ban anyone and everyone who uses any profanity under any context? You must be the life of the party.
This was probably just a duo, really the best thing to do is just ignore them and report, but I think we all know this anyway.
