Does disabling Nagles Algorithm reduce latency in LoL?

This is essentially what programs like Leatrix do. It's supposed to reduce latency by making it so your computer receives packets 1 at a time but very fast, instead of what it does currently where they bundle up like 5 then your computer takes them as its more efficient.

I've had it disabled before and it makes downloads slower but certain games more responsive.

My question is does this change specifically affect league, as some games have the function built in already like WoW.
