New Gangplank Ult is weak and lackluster.

I could get people to fight in my ult and when you put it on them you could achieve a lot of upfront damage to win duels. Gangplanks ultimate I don't think is as weak as people think. Now it is more reliable but you can no longer easily cheese a LvL 6 fight and get away at like 20 hp like you previously could.

It's a global, no channel, large AoE slow that now has reliable damage. If it wasn't weak, it'd be annoying as all hell to deal with.

Yeah... looking at some streams of people playing GP I haven't been impressed. The old ult was somewhat random, but it still hurt a lot more often than not.
