How OP is Aurelion Sol?

I tried him as a mid, top, support, and jungler (I don't really suggest jungle much though), and just won all of my first 10 games playing as him. So, am I just lucky thus far, or is he really that OP?

My personal guess is that his numbers are indeed too high, but that issue has also been compounded by people not knowing how to deal with him yet, as he does have a very unique kit. I'm guessing he will get his base damages hit decently hard over the next couple patches, which will probably push him out of support and jungle.

Anyone else have thoughts on his balance?

For AurelionSol to carry me to diamond is my Aurelion Goal.

I don't think I've ever seen one that is good. I mean he's not really op if you just stay out of his circle or jump him after he's been poked. The little flying nonsense most people can run from if you have a headstart and with wards you can see him coming from a mile away.

I find him pretty ridiculous against melee comps without targeted gapclosers. Just get rylai's roa and facemelt people.

My guess is that ppl don't know how to deal with him once teamfights start. He can lose lane and still be a major factor in mass fights with his ultimate and stars for peeling and damage. Expecially if the team has way to protect the backline he is an awesome addition to the team.

He is though extremely vulnerable to flanks.

Edit: It's funny how there haven't been loads of pages of the Boards with "OMG AS IS SO OP!!!" while Riot themselves are nerfing him xD
