Quinn Help

Hi i've been playing Quinn alot in my past account and this one, but i seem to have the issue of feeling weak or doing barely no damage and not being able to find a good itemization to maximize her damage output. I've tried critical strike, damage reduction tanky AD( Graves way) , lethality, normal ADC.. but i can't seems to find the right build to do good damage and still remain a threat if they decide to go bulky... Any Quinn player willing to give me tips ? Thanks in advance !

I haven't played her that much in a while but I'm fond of ghostblade, boots (usually mobis), shiv, and ie into death's dance, maw, dmp, lethality, or whatever else the specific game calls for. You aren't good at killing tanks, you want to bully in the early game, roam once you have ult to snowball other lanes, and late game either splitpush or try to find a squishy alone. Good luck!

Thanks for the build and infos, i play Quinn for a while and love her lore, kit and her thematic and the character itself but i was a bit confused on what to build and what is optimal for her. Your build worth the time to give a try, thanks !

This is my build. Allows me to splitpush like lightning, while also being quick enough to run to a team fight, run from enemy champs countering my splitpush, or to run down squishies and blow them up with just (ult) E and auto.

I used to add trinity force before it change and the removal of critical strike. But it might be worth to give it a try back. What is your build order exactly ?

My favorite dueling build, Bork gives lots of damage and sustain, Cleaver gives health which stops you from getting bursted as easily, and armor shred for more damage, especially against tanks. Crit/attackspeed item depends whether you need waveclear (and burst, this is if you decide to start roaming) or dueling potential. Maw is against an AP threat (although if you're laning against AP you should get an early Hexdrinker, as always), IE for more damage. Guardian Angel to finish off thebuild, also replaceable by a tank item or Maw if you didn't get that.

While not as bursty as Lethality, the sustain, health, and CDR means you not only still do plenty of damage against them, you also are much less susceptable to being bursted instantly. The early armor shred and %onhit means this is great against tanks and juggernauts, although you may not do much damage until 2nd item (but you wouldn't with flat AD/Lethality anyway).

You're not as good at picking off carries, but you do plenty of damage (especially if you decide to skip BC or Bork for earlier crit/IE) and sitll pose a major threat (by fourth item you do as much DPS as a standard ADC)

Tabi's against AD, Merc against AP, and Zerkers against tanks.

Masteries I run Tlords if I'm against a relatively squishy laner, and Fervor if I'm fighting a tank or juggernaut. I also usually run Bounty Hunter over doubleedged sword, but that's preference. Same for Intelligence vs Precision (CDR vs Lethality).

Runes I always run attackspeed/AD, doesn't really matter which is red's and which is quints. That's probably because my only other rune pages are CDR/AD and AP. I've found attackspeed/AD gives the smoothest autos (better for early game poke as it may let you get a second hit in when you'd only get 1, and great for cs'ing) which still do damage.
