Simple as that..i'm tired to get people first timing or playing the new champion in ranked, having no experience and just basically end up being feeding the enemy team... in normal i could care less but ranked is here to grind.. not first time a new champion.
Or..... just ban it?
I must admit,it's the little things that bother me in LoL. It's not the overall balance,because League isa huge and complex game in which even a little change can cause a huge shift in the game,but it's the other things that drive me crazy. Hitbox, Healing and Shielding power not having their own value/scaling in ability tool tips and new champs being available in ranked for the first 2 weeks of them being out. Like.srsly . . .
I love how the boards basically insist someone can't learn a New Champion within an entire week of being released. It only takes 1-3 games to figure out how a champion works- less if you use Practice Mode like you're supposed to.
There's really no excuse to ban them in Ranked except they're possibly unbalanced. Riot already has a solution for that, 10 of them per game. Don't want to play with the possibly unbalanced champion? Ban it.
Agree, but this is also the best time to allow it (preseason). Also I'm not convinced that this would solve the problem, even if it would help. What I mean is you'd just have people not play the new champ much then after a week everyone just plays them for the first time in ranked anyways. While yes, the most competent and considerate thing to do is practice a little before trying in ranked, a ton of people aren't going to do this. People also single out these new champ releases when this actually occurs every single day with all champs, you just don't see it. People first-time champs all of the time in ranked
Maybe try making a post like this when a new champion hasn't just come out. Right now you just sound like you had a zoe feed in your last game and are salty about it.
