Technical questions about LeBlanc's rework

Hey! Do the clones do damage with their abilities? I know that the R->R clone doesn't, but do the other clones do damage?

If you use R->Basic ability you become invisible, right? At what point can I control the clone? Can I control it before it casts the ability?

The R->R clone CD seems so long. Can it be lowered with CDR for more deception?

I believe the clone is there to cast a copy of the spell and that's it, like a shaco ult with her invis for 2 seconds, but it can only cast one spell and auto a couple of times I believe from watching the videos
