Mastery changes

So with the new mastery change to Bandit, which now reads "You gain 3 gold each time you attack an enemy champion (increased to 8 on melee attacks). This effect can not trigger on the same champion more than once every 5 seconds." Now this is cool and all, but the melee part is kinda wasted, seeing as this is meant for supports, it's great for those that go deep into the utility mastery tree, but the only melee supports are all tanks, and tank supports usually don't have the luxury of going that deep into the utility tree cause they lose out on their possible tank stats, and that's all they have since they don't have any heals of any sorts. Is there gonna be any change on moving that up by a couple points to make it easier obtained by tank supports?

The only reason tanky supports only went 14 points deep in utility tree for the gold was because everything after that sucked. You don't need 3 extra armor/reinforced armor or oppression or whatever. It's now worth going 21 in utility to pick up mana regen so that you can use abilities more often and get a good amount of gold off it each time.
