Possible Aatrox Changes, Would like opinons and some responses from Rioters
So all of what I hear is how Aatrox is supposed to be a Melee carry. But every time I play him I don't feel it and it's sorta why Is stopped trying to master him. So I have 2 points I want to go over, his kit and possible changes. So the weak points I feel for Aatrox is his passive and his ult, the rest of his kit is fine IMO.
Now here's why his passive only really is to bring him back and ultimately try to win a teamfight, and diving in without passive is really a no no with Aatrox, so here's a possible change to make it so that you're just not a body just throwing yourself at a team. On top of the revive passive give him bonus ratios for building items, one scaling that I would love to see on this guys is "For X amount of AS, he gains a X% of lifesteal," or Visa Versa. But in order to keep unbalancing from ensuing make the amount of stats gained a small ratio, but at least make it to make a noticeable change.
With his ult it lacks damage unless you go AP, all I'm suggesting is to add an AD scaling, but make it bonus AD and make it like "20% Bonus AD," or something small around that manner because the buff it gives afterwards is really nice and if it were to be "50% Bonus AD Scaling" that would be an insane ult.
But that's just my opinion, recently I haven't seen any Aatrox's in Lane or in the Jungle. I really hope somebody can put their input in and just consider these changes.
with quite a few builds. And I find the best build to run on him is, FF, Bork, WE, Then tank. That way you have a great deal of attack speed as well as your attacks get a 200+ dmg buff. Plus with your ult, makes you have 2.5 attack speed where your aa for roughly 400 dmg plus that damage from your 3rd strike. With this built you almost always 2-3 hit kill people.
. If you get shut down you very much fall off. That said, if you get even remotely ahead you can snowball into insanity. The reason why people don't really play him is because of that risk of falling behind.
