Possible Change to Poacher's Knife and Scanvengers Smite
It's come to my attention this
is the only Jungle item I deviate from building above all others due to the fact that it's a high risk high reward item and not so much a safe grab like
, so What I'm here to do is provide a possible change. So my idea is to change it from being used on the enemies jungle but for it to be the only smite that can be cast on a turret, with reduced damage and still giving the speed buff and the same small portion of gold of 20g. The only reason I'm saying this is cause if you truly wanted to counter jungle, then why not go for a more aggressive smite such as blue or red smite, cause if you're counter jungling effectively then you should be able to duel the enemy jungle with ease with the red or blue smite, and from that kill you're earning more gold than from smiting the enemies big monster. I find this will be more effective for tankier junglers or ones without alot of pushing power.
EDIT: I also forgot to add in that since they're adding the ability to hold unto two charges of smite, there is a cool down on how many times you can use the smite on a turret. Say like, this effect cannot be used on the same turret for another 16 seconds or so.
