One request for the new HUD
First of all, I might be the only one but I'm fine with the new HUD especially with the new changes to it on the PBE (see: http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/07/724-pbe-update.html#hud ). But there's one thing I'm missing from the new HUD. I wan't the cooldown for activatable items back on top of the ability hotbar.
