Hm. Good to see, but a reconsideration doesn't mean their stance will change. and also even if they change their mind, a sandbox mode probably wouldn't actually show up for a very long time.

The person asked if he would RECONSIDER. Let's keep it real here, they know they can't get money out of it, so that's as low a priority as replays. Basically, what most gamers and game companies consider basic functions for video games are just silly additions players request for no good reasons in Riot's eyes.
Why all the negativity, it's still better than saying no sandbox ever.

TBH I'd really like to see the Sandbox mode happen and a pay restriction like this^ would just be a slap to the balls.
They were never NOT doing it. They simply said it was a particularly low priority. He basically just answered a loaded question. Saying yes to this question answers absolutely nothing about where it stands on their current list of priorities.

I was honestly really surprised they said they didn't want a sandbox mode.
It'd make dealing and finding bugs a lot easier, and it'd also make it a lot easier to reproduce them.
While it is nice that they'll reconsider it, in with everyone else with the sense that just because they can, doesn't me they will! It's sad what this company has become. We had events that only needed participation. And now I honestly cannot remember the last time we had an event where some sort of RP was needed to get something. I mean the Bidglewater event was nice, and a step in the right direction, but how will Harrowing, Xmas, or anything in between will react?
I still dislike the excuse they given for saying why they didn't think we want a sandbox mode. Granted nothing can beat "training" in normals and rank, but there are something's that need sandbox to work out. Like certain build with champions, or like someone said bugs and glitches could help out. Especially since you don't want to get ban for using these exploit in normals/rank!
