Enemies caught in Veigar's Event Horizon should recieve a "R.I.P. DFG" cosmetic buff

As a tribute to the removed item Deathfire Grasp http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130731230043/leagueoflegends/images/a/a8/Deathfire_Grasp_item.png , which was one of Veigar's core items, every enemy champion inside Veigar's E should recieve a "R.I.P. DFG" (text is subject to change) effect (similar to Vi/Jinx/Caitlyn interactions, Heimerdinger's "Eureka!" cosmetic buff and the ninjas' "This unit is a flippin' ninja!" cosmetic buff).

Who knows, maybe Riot already added this change to the game? we'll never know, considering no one will ever get hit by event horizon anyway.

Nah, everyone knows on the 1% chance of Veigar hitting the stun on Event Horizon, the whole map gets a message not seen in several patches.

I'm just sad that none of the rioters seem to want to talk about him on a balance standpoint. I've seen replies to his core identity, adding cosmetic shit like the scaling ult size but no words at all in regards to how he was given a 30% complete rework and then left to bleed with 70% of his entrails exposed.
