Maybe a Sej support will work?

I tried this out tonight. Not bad 3-1. Since he's fallen out of favor being a jg, maybe he can be a good supp?

Theoretically anything can be a "good" support if the person playing it knows what they're doing. Hell, Dumbledoge managed to make elise work as one in the IWC and that was apparently one of his least crazy ideas.

been doing this since season 3 and its fine it plays like leo in a way. or j4 supp same thing.

Well for a few reason I would like to play Sej support over Leona.

Leona CC is all single target. So when she need to peel for her ADC she can only do one person at a time. Sej on the other hand can slow mult people at once with her E. Her Q can knock up mult people as well but they have to be some what close together to do so.
Thanks to Sej W(get power from health) she does more damage then Leona when building the same tank items.
This is just me but I find Sej R is a lot more easier to get the Stun off then Leona's.

Im not here to take anyone's side, but SOMEONE had to try Trundle support for the first time when other ideas were clearly available. Somone had to play Shen support for the first time when they could have picked leona. Someone had to play Brand support for the first time instead of picking annie. SOmeone had to play Maokai support for the first time, and Naut support, and Poppy. I mean really exactly where do you think the difference is in any of them that draws the line at Sejuani?

It makes me sad that people have to wait to see the meta develop and copy whatever it turns into, rather than trying to develop it themselves. But i blame riot for that in enforcing the meta the way they do which has this affect on players.

Anything Sejuani can do, Leona can do better. Trundle, Shen, Naut, and Poppy all have different and distinct advantages over Leona and she has advantages over them. If you want to go Sejuani support, that's fine but she's rather mediocre compared to other supports.

I got Sej to master 5 by playing her support. She has ever thing you need as a support like say Leona but still does damaged thanks to her W.

Leona has no damage outside of trying to chain Q's which is the only reason why she is played support.

Sejuani on the other hand does have damage, but is dependent on items and levels more so to reach the mid game spike.

I find it offensive to see Sejuani played in a demeaning role as support.

I quote: "There is no strength in servitude."

I'm just gonna say, you could do so much better with Sejuani then play her as support.

Sej support is much like Garen support. But she offers a slow and a freeze while Garen only offers a silence.

Dont forget a knock up on her Q as well. All so that freeze(I take you mean stun) can hit mult people if they are close enough. Winch I find out happen a lot in the bot lane.

One reason is he's not a great jg right now. And he can do more damage than Leona.

Sejuani is still an effective jungler in regards of having good monster camp clearing, good amount of CC & team engages. Probably you just aren't playing her right.

effective? yes. What she once was? No. I see more potential in her as a support.

True that it's less than what she was in the Tank meta, but she does still work as a potential jungler doe. She also seemingly work as a support, just that unlike other supports, her support style is typically a "once i poke in, i cant back out" playstyle, which shows why no one brings her bot.

what she once was was undeniably broken. She's good right now. Like, top 15 Junglers in solo queue imo. Yes, she is a pretty viable support but I have no idea why you would expect to succeed with her as support when you can't as a Jungler.

Top 15 but no one would put her in the Top 5 or even 8? What are windspeakers? I am starting to think no matter what I do or say you guys just want to be negative towards me. This wasn't even a bad post and you still want to complain.

Windspeaker is the Keystone Mastery you were taking with Sejuani Support. She does not have any heals or shields, so why are you using this instead of Bond of Stone?

I've checked your match history in op.gg, and it seems that your Sejuani support only works at the lowest elo. It will for you now, but when you managed to get to the top (say at least Bronze 1 or Silver 5), the potential will fade away.

I know it works at low elos But, I had no choice. It was either this or continue to lose every game I am in. And let's be honest here. I will likely not see B1 or S5 this season.

People are getting negative towards you because your threads are piling up and you're starting to establish a forum identity of frustrated 9 year old in denial with a victim complex that gets angry when people try to help but tell you anything other than exactly what you want to hear.

I came on here positive and excited. And then you guys jus bury every little gain I make. Jg Sej hasn't worked out that well for me. But I guess I should play Sej as a jg and lose like I do with WW, Yi and Noc. Maybe then you will be happy that I am doing "the right thing" and losing.

Because you are a low elo player so you don't know how to use a Vangaurd tank to soak damage, procs your cc, make beautiful engages and make peel to the damage dealers, Sejauni right now as a full tank is one of the best champ because her base damage are high, her kit is full of cc and finally her Q is one of the best non ulti skill with Alistar Q and Gragas E, so before make her support you need to understad the real potential of Sej as a jungler.

PD: In the next patch with the buff on Cinderhulk, more cd in Abyssal, Warmog, the health regen of Visage, the buff on Righteous Glory and the new hextech open potential new builds and new ways to play Sejuani, so if you are not a Sej main and don't know her very well, is beteer not say thing like "maybe for you but for me not so" I respect your opinion but I don't share it. Let's also keep in mind, I am playing with people worse or just as bad as me. Meaning those damage dealers don't know what they are doing. Which means they don't know how to make kills or win. You forgot that.

Exactly! This is the real point here, Sejuani is good with people around you, so she is a champ that depends or rely much on your team, so It's your teammates are people that don't know how to fight or focus in the real targets, Sejuani gonna spend a bad time because she is not a damage dealer, so I hope you found the real "role" os Sejuani and understand it.
