QoL Suggestion: Screen tint for for Tahm's nearby allies when he ults (like Ryze)

Just a small quality of life addition for Tahm Kench: give nearby allies some type of indicator that TK is ulting (when they can join him) regardless of where they have their camera focused, just like Ryze's ult in his latest rework.

There have been several occasions where my allies missed a great TK ult opportunity because they are looking elsewhere on the map and don't notice my pings (or not in time). TK usually starts the ult far from where the action is so a lot of people don't notice when he uses it.

While we are at it, could we make it so Sion doesn't pinball at some crazy angle when he hits a Tresh lantern during his ult? Nami's ult and Zyra's E are bugged and will rarely end early as if they hit a windwall when there isn't one. Some else post a bug report on the boards recently. Also, does Tristana really need to be able to ult minions? That's so ultra rarely useful, isn't it?
