I feel like bringing back laser turrets would be a fair anti-snowball tool

I know it feels bad to be on the losing end of a snowballed game but on the other hand I remember the early days of league when it felt bad to have no way to use your lead to win a game because the enemy could just sit under towers forever. I feel like returning laser turrets would be fair to both sides.

Get a lead? Go nuts and take objectives. However, don't count on a big minion waves to take inhibs for you. Inhibs are arguably the most powerful objective in the game because they do not require any interaction with the enemy once it has been downed unlike baron and elder. At the same time they CAN be the easiest to take because lane minions will damage these objectives and take them down without help if the wave is big enough.

Laser towers were only slightly more powerful than normal towers during team fights, but they were much more powerful when clearing out waves (since they had continuous damage instead of discrete damage). I just like how they made the base harder to take and easier to defend.
