Inhib tower changes

I dont think this was a good idea, I beat a riven to the point that I could just tower dive her and before Id have to leave her alone at the inhib tower but now theres no way to stop a 8-0 at 15 min Renekton he will just dive the inhib and not care what you do. Id imagine Olaf and a few other characters could do this too.

I think you need to keep the lazors Riot.
