Soraka Balence changes please.

Soraka is not fun to play with or against, the ability for an ad to fight nonstop without having to worry about how squishy they are because soraka is just like lol you get low I heal you to full in like 5 seconds through everything the other team has is just bullshit. It needs to cost her mana or having a much longer CD or her Q should not restore her health if hes putting out heals that fast. Like seriously why does she exist please work on her please please please Riot. Or make her mark the target like Kali and she can only heal that target and give her other uses for her abilities.
