Why on gods green earth does Yasuo gain 50% armor pen because he ulted? Whos fucking brilliant idea was that?

To fight tanks better than most.
Although it should be a unique passive because if Yasuo got Last Whisper, then he ignores 95% of your gold spent on armor.
You should have to buy armor pen to shred armor, My issue isnt that he gains that but that he can build PD at have 90% crit and do dmg for the rest of the game on that 1 item then build full tank and still shred you because of his ult passive.
