Mordekaiser Q

Morde lacks both mobility and utility. He also misses out on some strong items due to his lack of mana usage. I do not think he is a bad champion by any stretch because he makes up for these problems with his damage and defense as well as a generally amazing Ult. Given that his Q and his E are relatively similar moves I was wondering if Riot wouldn't mind doing something a little different with his Q. Maybe increased movement speed while Q is readied or add a CC effect on contact with an enemy? even if you didn't use the Q as a mobility or utility move it could stand to be something a little more interesting. he already has good poke and minion clear with his E and W, so maybe a buff or buff steal would be cool.

Riot isn't going to give Mord CC anymore than they're going to give Shy or Yi any CC.

I wouldn't be adverse to Mord's Q giving him extra range ala Wukong's Q. Like... a bunch of extra range. That mace that Mord has is pretty huge after all. Being able to reliably hit things with his Q would go a loooong way to making Mord good at doing the one thing he's supposed to do.

Thats why i was suggesting something a simple as a movement speed boost but I do like the increased range idea. Since his mace is supposed to be his weapon of choice I would like to see more damage when fighting from up close.
