In toplane* With a REALLY small player base. So only the Karthus mains who know him through and through Games are lasting pretty long, which Karthus loves.

If those numbers aren't all from ranked I am guessing urf inflated them a bit. Still could do with a nerf though.

If those numbers aren't all from ranked I am guessing urf inflated them a bit. Still could do with a nerf though.

Last I checked, they don't let Karthus into URF.

They didn't remove him this last urf. Shudders. 1/3 of a vayne game I was playing I couldn't play because even stacking mr his ult would chunk 2/3 of my hp. Fun times.

Karthus does not need a nerf. Win rates are skewed and they don't give an actual measure of how powerful a champion is.

Where are you getting your statistics from? If anything, karthus is a balanced champion at a 50.66% win ratio in ranked play according to op.gg (Over all rankings) http://na.op.gg/statistics/champion/

Either way. A high win rate doesn't mean a champion needs to be nerfed. For example. Azir's win rate has been below 50 for a while now. Yet hes still banned and considered one of the strongest mid lanes right now when played correctly. Just cause his win rates below 50 doesnt mean he needs to be buffed

His winrate is high at pretty much every level of experience with him. One-trick ponies would only appear at the higher ends of the spectrum, not the 1-5 and 5-15 brackets.

That can also be interpreted as one dedicated karthus main who just started taking them top lane. The learning curve doesn't ramp because they already know the champ. Given the low statistics that seems fairly probable.
