Marksmen Changes and Ezreal
With the preseason changes to Marksmen, there's a small change to Ezreal to push him further in the line of CDR ADC. I feel like any time his W is brought up, there's the question of what to do with it. Mage Ezreal's need W because its their main source of damage and Ezreal's Q is more of support tool to lower CDR. ADC Ezreal's bread and butter is his Q, but his W feels unhelpful to his kit. Are there any long term goals to work on something to change this?
It might be nice food for thought to toss in an idea. Imagine changing Ezreal's W entirely, then add in two 0 gold items, an AD one and AP one, that he can buy in the beginning of the game. Using one means you can't use the other. Without either, his abilities would be nerfed to have no scaling and no secondary effects. With the AD item, his scalings and secondary effects change into what he currently has for the most part, like the CDR on his Q and active effects, the new W, and any other minor changes. On the AP item, his Q becomes more like his current W, and the new W is something to compliment that.
Since he's has his explorer archetype working for him, it could be two special artifacts he's found.
