Morde grevious issues

You ever think mordes ult will get a grievous wound debuff? Currently any items that give it are terrible on him. The big issue is level 6 his ult is countered by a potion. Late game its countered by lifesteal and shields. I understand the whole its passive thing is strong(except the AI is atrocious)

Also is his ghost ever going to get the annie tibbers treatment AI wise?
