Tiny suggestion from URF to normal
Keep the level cap off when we go back to normal please
if u want to change anything, make some epic abilities to unlock @ 20 25 30, but even without, its still worth it

The reason the level cap was removed was so your HP AD and other stats would continue to grow throughout the game. This isn't planned in normals.
