The reinstatement of the Summoner

I had an idea while i was out n about. What if we had customizable summoners? i get that we are supposed to be the summoners, but what if we had visual representations of such? it would be somewhat like XBox Avatars or Nintendo Miis in that they represent us, and possibly could be used ingame perhaps in the intro or the end of a match or used for certain champion's taunts

you pick ur male or female summoner, make their height, race, skin/fur color, and dress em in stuff you buy with either IP or RP, sold in packs like the Ancient Shurima pack, or Noxian Style etc. and also earnable like the summoner icons we currently get for special events. Example clothing areas

• Hat
• Mask
• Chest
• Arms
• Legs
• Boots
• Pet - (i.e. Fairy, Poro, Toad, Hawk)

in the champion select screen we see eachother's summoners and them doing their animations interacting with their selected champion, perhaps they could have personalities too such as Cowardly, so when you call out Rengar your summoner looks intimidated by him, or Happy that jams along with Sona, or Emotional that cries along with Amumu

before anyone mentions "summoners are a figment of your imagination" it isn't beyond the possibility they could be reinstated no?

Edit: Champion Mastery summoner parts anyone? Soraka's Horn? Lulu's Hat? Sion's Head-Dagger? Morgana's Wings? Bard's mask? Kalista's Chest-Spear?
