possible lee sin balance
he can burst, tank, move like a madman, possess a utility kit and assassinate your ass. 
What can we do about it, though? certainly, it all feels like overkill to me (and most likely to the rest of you).
I propose this solution:
have lee sin abilities have a longer cooldown unless the two hits from passive proc that returns energy are utilized. if only one is utilized, half of the ability "usefulness" will be taken out of it, be it life steal, slow, or flying-kick nuke potential. this excludes his ult.
what it means:
- him jumping to a ward without getting procs from passive enlarge his cooldown of other spells. (no ward jump to Q nuke your face without procing on at least a minion).
- him Q'ing you and you escaping through flash or an escape ability (caitlyn E, for example) will make his second E proc slow for half the amount.
- him Q'ing you without procing the aa will have a reduced damage on the second Q cast (no flying-kick nuking your enemy unless you have fought and earned it).
it's an idea that limits his mobility (makes him catchable if he is on the run), limits his nuke (if you dont proc you dont nuke) and if you dont AA you dont slow. the only problem this has is the E ability itself, since the second cast is the one that allows lee sin to smack you around for a while longer to actually be able to proc his passive. A recommendation would be to add the slow to move the slow to the first part of the E ability if the changes prove too harsh on lee sin.
thoughts? comments? i think this keeps lee sin who he is without being an abomination to everyone else.
