Corki The Daring Bombardier

I like Corki very much but I find his passive a bit lack luster compared to the rest of AD marksman. I understand that true damage is a bit hard to regulate so its not overpowered and not underpowered however i thought that if they would make it scale by % per level or maybe add a base true damage amount it might allow a different approach to building him and help bring him in line. They could also add the passive's bonus true damage to his abilities so they apply his passive when cast to help deal with tanks since he has a short attack range. When i play Corki lately I feel like I'm playing Ezreal because its the same build almost every time Trinity Force, Infinity Edge, and Bloodthirster/Blade Of Ruined King. It feels so bland to have the same core build for 2 different AD marksman. I can't stress how much I would really like to see Corki get a little love and I thank you for listening to this league lovers rant.
