New runes for season 7

I believe that with all these updates to champions we might wanna add some new runes to help these new champion, something like scaling attack speed runes or maybe scaling lifesteal and or spellvamp. you could also add defensive ones as well as offensive ones like increased healing done or shielding for those who like to play supports. As for the tanks you could add tenacity and possibly make the health regen rune actually do base health regen instead of being almost worthless to buy especially since most of them cost quite a bit with almost no effect. this is just a thought since everything has been getting changed pretty fast this season.
