With the update on runes at lower levels being cheaper as well as not as many different kinds and with no rune combiner to make better ones, i thought it might also be good to lower the starter bundle from 520 RP to 400 RP since when players reach level 4 they get 400 RP from Riot for playing. it would give first time players a pack of different champions so they can focus on buying runes with their IP. Thanks for thinking about it.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesThat's not the price of the whole bundle. That is actually the reduced price from you already owning everything else in it (the last thing is the 4 win IP boost, at 530RP, which is like twice the price that it should be). The whole bundle is actually a lot pricier.

Lowering it to 400 RP they may as well just automatically add those champions to your account on creation and not give RP for level 4. That sounds more reasonable and there's no confusion.
