Store early Starter Bundle price.

With the update on runes at lower levels being cheaper as well as not as many different kinds and with no rune combiner to make better ones, i thought it might also be good to lower the starter bundle from 520 RP to 400 RP since when players reach level 4 they get 400 RP from Riot for playing. it would give first time players a pack of different champions so they can focus on buying runes with their IP. Thanks for thinking about it.
