Tryndamere Needs a Rework

Tryndamere was made 7 years ago (as of 2018) and I don't think he has ever received a Rework. Lots of people hate him because of his toxic play style.
Passive - He gets free 35% Crit Chance just for killing some minions or pressing R. Also why do the fruits make his Rage bar go up?
Q - He literally heals more than the heal summoner spell with a lv 5 Q, and all he has to do is kill a few minions (like 7-10). He also does more damage the lower he gets, which is also a rune in the precision tree so he does a LOT of damage.
W - An aoe Damage Reduction on all enemy champions + any champion facing away from him is slowed by 60% at lv 5.
E - His E lets him do aoe damage, which is fine but logically ("Oh but it's a game" He's a human) nothing can just swing a sword and pass through stone walls, it should be like Kled E or Urgot E, that it cannot pass terrain.
R - His Iconic ability, I think it's fine but lots of people hate the fact that you literally cannot kill him but he can crit your entire team to death within 5s. I think this needs an update because 5 seconds of being unkillable at no downside. It should make him do 25% less damage or inflit a 25% slow or something to make it not as "op" as it is now.
To top it all off all of this is free, he uses no recourse which is why he can just stay in lane using Q to regen and leave when he feels fit.
I personally don't have any hate against Tryndamere (except his 30% slow lv 1 W) but I think people hate him because of his free heals, extreme slow, mobility and him being unkillable in teamfights.
