Can we nerf Talon?

Talon gets free crits if he's in AA range, he has a POINT AND CLICK LEAP as an assassin that does damage. His W is a fucking CONE, that adds 2 STACKS OF HIS PASSIVE and slows the person, not to mention it does 2x damage. his E is Free, No Cooldown on itself, and makes him extremely safe. His R, OH BOY THIS SHIT. His R is fucking aids, he does a shit load of damage, has INVISIBILITY, and is hard to see when he R's then E's over a wall. I don't think his R should make him stealth. How do you counter assassins? CC, HOW DO YOU CC SOMETHING YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE???

And don't bother saying "Oh he's just squishy, just kill him noob". No shit you can kill him, not you but your team when you're already dead from his faceroll kit. If you're going to say "git gud noob he's bad" This is for your opinion, not some fucking brainless overused response that doesn't even mean anything.

He doesn't have a way of getting out of he kills or fails to kill a target unless he's near a wall, even then you can cc him before he can hop over. His goal is to kill the backline, so watch for any spot he can flank from. And his E has a cooldown on per wall use, so in fights, its a one way ticket. W is to slow targets so he can reach them. If the W applied one stack both ways, then how would he get the 3rd stack without wasting ult? He relies on his spells to proc his passive, his main source of damage as an assassin. He can't just obliterate the backline if he misses every spell other than his Q.

Talon was actually stronger pre-rework. I guess you haven't seen him wiping whole team of squishies/semi-tanks with R+W back then - there are some youtube clips, of course. Now all his dmg is in the stupid passive. I wouldn't pick him over Zed or whatever is meta mid. Very predictable champ.

You're just listing his kit. You can make any champion in the game sound overpowered if you represent their abilities like that. If you think he needs lower numbers, that is a fair point.
