Fizz builds tank
Becomes unstoppable only builds LB an deals an insane ammount of damage mostly because he gets % of health damage....can we have less of this in champion kits please? we already have items for it

It's because the assassin rework forced stupid fucking delays onto every assassin save for Rengar and Kha'Zix.
An assassin is a (usually) melee glass cannon. They're not going to live long enough to finish the delay. Thus they go tank.
Also just Riot repeatedly fucking up AP Fizz and ruining that while accidentally and repeatedly making tank Fizz again and again.
