Was Darius' season 3 Ult nerf reverted?!?!
Put the video on 6:15 and watch for 1 minute, on lv6 Darius has his Ult up for infinite time after a kill, just like in season 2 and 3, was this done on purpose?

its crazy how people think the new conqueror is just this broken op thing, when its actually far worse than the current one for champions like darius.
conqueror right now has even some value for garen too since you can prep hte full effect before an all in, while the new version is complete garbage, because you just cant stack it effectively before a fight is already over.
the main benefactors of the keystone as it stands will only be an extremely small pool of champions, with a lot of them being mages with spamable spells, and other ranged champions.
the only melee champions i see this new rune being good on would be 
with short cooldown auto resets, double hits, and other on hit champions. but for those melee champions it will probably be power neutral compared to the current one.
however ranged champions like 
and attack speed/on hit adc are going to use this to so much more effect than melee champions will, that i wouldnt be surprised if they popped up in top lane and pushed bruisers out of the game.

Lol it even costs 100 mana on recast.
He should only have like 20 seconds to cast it again before it goes on cooldown. Only rank 3 is supposed to be full reset O_o
