[Discussion]: Morgana Nerfs

Hello, Today I wanted to talk about the Nerfs Morgana recieved on PBE the other day. As of 4/9, Morgana recieved some nerfs to her [Q: Dark Binding] & [E:Black Shield].

• [Q:Dark Binding] : AP Ratio reduced from 90% to 75%
• [E: Black Shield] : AP Ratio reduced from 70% to 40%

Now if you ask me, I feel like these nerfs are overkill. Granted I haven't played in about a week (been feeling burnt out lately), but I feel like this is going to do more than "Nerf Morgana's Midlane a lil' bit". This will probably negatively impact her Supporting Role as well, which might not be something they wanted to do. Morgana also doesn't seem to be a champion that warrants nerfs like these, you can easily dodge her [Q] and AD Champions like Zed or Yasuo make her black shield useless.

What I would like to know is the Context behind these nerfs as I feel like they're far too strong & will do more harm than good to the champion.
