Any cool, flashy, and strong champions in the mid/ top lane right now?

I've been looking for a champion who has a fairly high skill ceiling, looks flashy, has outplay potential and can possibly carry games. What do you guys think? Anything helps.

Diana is always good, though I dunno about high skill ceiling. I also want to count Lux amongst one of them ~~purely because I main her~~ since she's completely skillshot reliant.

Riven and fiora have a rather high skill ceiling. Riven due to raw mechanical difficulty to use her properly and fiora due to proper trading and correct use of her w. Both of them can be flashy.

Taliyah it can be sorta rocky road to try to learn her, but ulting and ganking lanes always looks really neat
