So, a couple patchies ago, we had Janna's W cooldown increased to 12 at all ranks, and now her Q is going to be harder to hit. Sorry, but I think we should pick one or the other. I thought she was balanced! I mean, why are we focusing on champions that are played less and have less power than the newer ones. (ie. Zed, Rek'Sai, even Kalista.) Fix bigger problems with other champions first, I guess.

Lol Janna isnt played less. Rito balances champions for premade 5v5 teams and a large amount of teams are picking her over others
Janna's win rate has never dropped below 50%.

wind woman is too op. shes got ridiculous amounts of free stats tacked onto her and her ability to both chase and peel is over the top. changing the Q width doesnt even make her worse in that sense, it just makes her harder to play and gives people the option to try dodging instead of just rolling over and dying.
