Would rumble support work ?

You can play it. But you have no hard cc to really guarantee the kill.

In low ELO it will work and be fine. In higher elo, if you are good enough it can work but I doubt it would be good.

Only try this in bronze 5. rumble has to get really close to deal damage with his q, which is why he excels in top lane. if you try that in any match above bronze 5 ppl will just walk back and harass you anytime you try to get close. which just puts your adc at a huge disadvantage

It would probably work vs something all-in like a Leona bot lane. You could punish her pretty hard for engaging.
