Quickly looking at his history, I'm fairly confident he's being boosted.

Besides, no one smurfs in bronze. You start from unranked in silver. A smurf would go up, not down.

No one goes from being a 3/9/8 average Lee Sin in S6 bronze to being an average 20 kill per game Lee Sin in early Season 7. Not to mention that's not even his best champion this season. Dude is clearly being boosted.

he was 3-0 before min 5 and took first tower dude is clearly smurfin, aka boosting someone else's acc, in this case, if they were bronze or silver last season

and like joker said, u dont see that winrate every day, there has to be a check for this shit, they say they have a system in place for smurfin, well it's fkn nonexistent
