Something Needs To Be Done About Mage "Supports"

Why?

1. They are more concerned about dealing damage than actually supporting you as player
2. They push lane needlessly as a result.
3. They dont prioritize building support items
4. They are essentially a leech to role that already has trouble participating without 6 items, unless you are Lucian or Vayne or Kai Sa.
5. If they fail to win lane, they are a crutch to their team.

What should be done? Reduce the damage done by subsequent abilities for the next 30 seconds or so. Most, if not all, actual mage SUPPORTS only have one damage ability to begin with. We need to kick out mage carries out of bot lane.
