Creep Block

I once saw a post on here that I agreed with. Your minions should not block you. That's it. Fucking hate missing CS because my champion decides to enter a fucking triathlon and take the longest route possible to hit a minion.

Either tone their size down, or change it so your own minions don't block you but can block enemies.

Its more of a pathing issue. Without minion block champions would stand on their own minions and deny CS.

Considering most champions can already do that...

No, they don't.

Grab pretty much any champion that isn't a tiny model (ie any ADC and most mid laners), stand in front of minion, profit. Welp, there goes your argument.

Standing in front of a minion does not prevent anyone from CSing it.

It's literally the same as what you're trying to use to argue against creep block being removed. Hate to be the one to burst your bubble.

No, it isn't. Especially with ranged champions. How do you think you would CS against a Maokai or Cho'gath if they could just stand directly on top of their minions?

refer to "cait traps being invisible when behind a tower" for this.

The model has no visual or outline, because the champ is bigger.

When Malph stands in front of that little minion, it's

No, Malphite standing in front of a minion does not make it impossible to CS.

His body is blocking the view of the minion. How do you hit it, unless you pre-target it, which means you're autoshoving the wave. Enjoy the gank.

KVbqbFsC8e2 votes

His body will not always be blocking your view of the minion. In most cases you will still be able to hit it, whereas if he was standing directly on top of it, you'd have no chance. Malphite is going to walk away from that gank anyway, he's Malphite.

I don't think people on this board realize the consequences no minion block would have. Any champion who gets a lead in lane would then also be able to completely deny CS. There is a reason why it exists. Would also make farming ranged minions under your own tower almost impossible.

As I said, its a pathing issue. Minion block was not nearly as bad it was before they changed the pathing in Preseason 6.

Except people can already deny cs

I don't know if you're trolling or...

Not in the way they would be able to do so if they could stand directly on minions.

Easily one of the biggest problems in the game, always has been. Will never be dealt with though, the community gets triggered hard at the very concept of this mechanic being removed.

As annoying as creep block is, it should be in the game. Imagine ADCs just farming from inside their wave so they don't need to worry about things like Blitz or Thresh hooks, Lux and Morg snares, or Ezreal Qs.

Plus you could have an Alistar or other tank supp just stand on top of minions to deny farm.

Against a melee top you could just farm from inside your wave and the enemy would have to risk creep block and aggro just to get to you.

It really would create more problems than it would fix.

True, and you'd be able to deny the enemy all the time of their minions by just standing pretty close to them or on them

There's a very simple solution to your problem.

Play fizz or kassawin
