ARURF Ban Phase?

Hey, I think it would make ARURF more interesting if there was a quick ban phase before anyone rolled their champ. I'm a big fan of URF and think there's some interesting potential with it, but there's some champs (like Garen) that I think break the game mode (even more than it already is). I appreciate the buffs and nerf Riot put into the last patch, but I think a quick 20 second ban phase would also do the trick.
