"just CC them"

but yasuo has a small dash i cant aim 100units infront of him while he dashes and he dodges skills babyrage ( yes for the love of fkcn god i'm sarcastic )

Just to get a few arguments out of the way:

"But CC isn't counterplay since it affects everyone!!!"

It affects different champions to different degrees. Mundo and Olaf couldn't care less while one well-timed CC will screw over Katarina completely.

"What if our team has no CC?"

You screwed up in champion select. Horribly,

I was expecting a post about how you can't CC them or it doesn't do anything, I was disappointed :)))

while effective the phrase "just cc them" is misleading both because in some cases its to be read literally and in others a followup is needed.

Sometimes you need to "just" cc them like in the case of tanky assassins. You really don't need to kill them, just stop them from killing their original target and greatly inhibiting their ability to follow up with anything more than escape

On the otherhand you have squishy unfed or even fed assassins.. just kill them.
