Riot Balance Team

Most players would appreciate if Riot would at least Hint towards why they refuse to or decide to buff/nerf a champion/item if the community is not satisfied with it .

Complete silence is what pisses most players off instead just say that the change is functioning as you expected and now you expect the community to play around or adapt to it given that you have thought it out through and are sure about yourself.

Share your plans with everyone so that they don't feel your just doing random changes or at least that way you won't have to over buff items/champions to draw the community's attention to it
