Put a limit in the champio select for ranked

Dammit, I think we need something like "you need to have at least 1000 points in order to play this champ in ranked", idk it sounds good to me, so ill never see a first time tristana in my team, feedback is welcome, oh wait there is the autofill, ops sorry i cant decide to wait 2 more minutes but granting a role ops im sorry

Sure Mastery 5 on a champ and make sure Norms don't grant mastery points so you have to get involved with other maps/modes.

I had players in team with 300-400k pnts with a bad score, not the experience is the reason.
