He's very broken. Not as much if you queue with a team, but in solo que, he's a toxic pick.
He can go 1/7 and take over the entire game. He can solo all the primary objectives without help from his teammates making him an EXTREMELY lucrative pick. There's very little he can't do to carry a team to victory.
Yuumi and YI is also a combo that is stupid broken, and these item changes to botrk and TIAMAT, Ravenous Hydra, and Titanic Hydra... ya YI is going to be even more broken af.

He used to have an abusable, weak early game, and then they buffed him to the point where he can duel a Kha'zix as soon as lv3.
He's no Olaf/Rek'sai/Lee Sin/Xin Zhao, but he scales horrendously well and as soon as he gets Guinso's, the game is over, he deletes tanks.
The healthiest change to him would probably be to remove/gut his true damage so he can't just treat tanks/juggernauts as ADC's with 2-3 items.
High damage, high mobility melee champs should be weak to tanks/juggernauts. Yi isn't. He's a more obscene version of Yasuo as he scales even harder and takes a fraction of the brain cells to pull off since every single part of his damage is point and click.
A hyper carry like yi paired w/ something like lulu/raka/taric amplifies Yi's power a TON because they make up for his weakness of being squishy and burstable by bring peel/shields/heals. Also Yi soloing baron (generally needs 3 items for this, 
and 
or 
) is not a new thing and is actually slower than it was in s9 and before.
But back to the earlier point, enchanter champs if they focus on buffing/shielding/peeling for the yi amplify his power a ton, ill throw in 
with the ones i listed earlier b/c black shield can save the Yi from the CC he would've been bursted down during. This is why the Yi Funnel strategy has been such an issue, because of yi's amazing synergy with enchanter supports.
But I would argue yi himself is not broken or unhealthy because for a Yi without an enchanter to do the things you described (other than the baron solo), he would have to be way ahead of the enemy team.
Statistically, he's not broken, but he definitely has the potential to take over a game. His play style is very much "all-or-nothing", meaning you'll either cc and burst him at the beginning of a fight, rendering him useless, or he'll kill you and your entire time.
He's incredibly broken for how mind numbingly simple it is to play him.
If I had to nerf him, all I would do is take away the aa reset on his Q.
yi is a broken champion, he will swing wildly from unviable to oppressive and that's just what he do.
Yi is broken in the sense that he can actually 1v5 a game if fed enough. But he is so weak and can get cced and blown up.

No. I just finished a game against Lulu, Caitlyn, Galio, Sylas and Jax. I couldn't get a kill no matter how hard I tried in tfs. Lulu ALONE shuts me down then you add Cait traps, Jax stun, Galio taunt and knock up? Fucking impossible.
