Im rly going to lose it this time if...

So after I got 3 people that gave up in one match, and after that one that gives up in the next one, i am dueling against this client aswell, I click "find a match" and at 0:00 it stops and says "players are not ready", the problem is that I tried doing it in: aram, tft and like 3 times in summoners rift, then? Then it said that I left too many lobby recently, and Ill have a penalty if i continue. I never left a match in like… 4 months i think, so if im really going to get (idk the punishments) a perma, will I get any refund? Oh and btw has anyone got this problem? And maybe a solution aswell (sorry for bad english). Oh yeah the Hextech made it worse, now 50% i start the game it starts dark even if I shutdown my pc and turn it on again, over and over….and over EDIT: So it says im looking a match rn and….. uh no im not?
