I think we should all take a moment to read this post by Marc Merrill about Dynamic Queue

Marc Merrill, the co-founder and President of Riot, made a blog post today talking about Dynamic Queue in addition to Riot's overall design and communication policies. While it may not curb all the DQ hate, I think it at least offers a good perspective into the mind of Riot's founder and leader, and that it deserves a little more attention. Whatever side of the DQ argument you're on, I think the post offers an honest attempt to truly explain why things are the way they are, and not just that they are.
