Morgana's Q hit box is bigger than the visual.
Here is two options I think would fix this. Voting is greatly appreciated!

You missed the second half of the first option
Reduce hitbox and increase the slow ass projectile speed
Morg'a Q hitbox has been a meme for almost a decade now
It's been that way ever since League was in beta, and to top it off it's just silly in other ways as well. Case and point, its hitbox is extremely large for champions only however it seems to not be as large when interacting with creep hurtboxes....
